Online advice appointments are not appropriate for:

Urgent or emergency cases - Please visit your local vet.

Online appointments will be done through Zoom and appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive an email with a link to your online advice appointment.
Cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance of your appointment. No refunds will be given if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment. All refunds will incur an administration fee of £2.00.
If you would like your guinea pig to receive a physical examination by The Guinea Pig Vet, please ring
+44 01629 55666 for an appointment. A physical examination of your guinea pig will be required for diagnosis and treatment.
