If you are unhappy with your item, returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The item needs to be in unused, resaleable condition. Postage will not be refunded. Return shipping is at your own expense.

We aim to post all items within 3 days of purchase. All items are shipped with Royal Mail.

 

We ship small, light items as large letters, 2nd class.
UK Delivery should be within 2-3 working days of postage. 
Europe Delivery should be within 3-5 working days of postage.
The Rest of the World Delivery should be within 7 working days of postage.

 

Larger items are shipped as parcels. Within the UK you have the option between 2nd class (which should be delivered within 3 working days of postage) or tracked 48hrs. International parcels are shipped Royal Mail International Standard.

 

If you purchase more than one item postage costs will be combined; with costs calculated on the basis of the weight of your combined purchase. 
 

Alternatively items can be collected in person (with no shipping fee) from Derwent Valley Vets in Matlock, Derbyshire. (Derwent Valley Vets, 110 Dale Road, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3PP). Please bring proof of purchase when collecting.
